Kidzone offers a FUN and safe place for children (TK- Middle School) to come after school.  It is a place that kids and volunteers alike can come to have fun, share in new opportunities and experiences, but most importantly build relationships and friendships with one another and between generations.  We desire to be a physical example of Chris't love to the children and families we serve.

Kidzone is held every Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 3:05 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the school year.  Activities include snacks, free time, games, baking, open gym, homework and tutoring help, service projects, as well as other special events or special guests throughout the year.  The only requirements for a child to attend is that a Child Information Form be completed and on file in the Kidzone office, and that the child display behavior that is respectful and appropriate to others and the facility. 

Volunteers are always welcome at Kidzone.   It takes the hands of many volunteers each afternoon, helping with activities, snacks, homework, and supervision.  It is a great opportunity for many different reasons:

1. Parents or grandparents can volunteer and spend time with their children and their friends in a fun and nurturing environment. 

2. High school and college students can gain experience working with kids and doing ministry if they plan to pursue an education or career in a related field. 

3. Other adults can share their gifts and talents with the kids in order to make a difference in the life of a child. 

It allows EVERYONE who volunteers to build relationships, serve children not only from our church but from the community, and to model God's love to all who enter the doors.

Other forms/information you may need:

If your child is a middle schooler, you need to sign the Parental Release Form so your child can be transported from school and to Kidzone.

Various times throughout the year, Kidzone uses the Climbing Wall.  Every child needs to have their own permission form to use the Climbing Wall.
