YOUTH FAMILY LIFE CENTER

YFLC rental includes gym, kitchen, and lounge (not agape or classrooms).

Reservations are based on a first come, first serve basis and are accepted no more than one year in advance. Rentals begin at 8 AM and don't go past 10 PM. Sunday rentals are from 12:00 to 10:00 PM. 

You will receive an email from our facilities manager confirming your reservation. This email will also contain payment instruction. All rental fees are due prior to your rental.

The person/party requesting the use of the YFLC must read the entire YFLC policies. Any deviation from policy will result in penalties set by the church use committee. Penalties may be fines or your group being place on a no rent list for up to two years. Cancellations must be made one week prior to event through the facilities manager to receive refund payment. Misunderstandings will be heard and resolved by the church use committee. FRC staff may not be present during all activities. FRC is not responsible for damage to the party's personal belongings or injuries that occur. All events are under the facilities manager's care.

Please review the wedding brochure and fill out all fields. When you are finished, please save it on your computer and send it back to svonk@frcsc.org to request the use of our church for your wedding.

FIRESIDE ROOM

Reservations are based on a first come, first serve basis and are accepted no more than one year in advance. The Fireside Room can be rented on Monday - Friday 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.;  Saturday 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.;  Sunday 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.

You will receive an email from our facilities manager confirming your reservation. This email will also contain payment instruction. All rental fees are due prior to your rental.

All fees and deposit must be paid in advance. Your date will NOT be held without full payment and rental form. Checks should be made payable to First Reformed Church and sent to or dropped off at:  First Reformed Church, 160 10th St SE, Sioux Center, IA  51250

SPECIAL REQUESTS: CHURCH USE

Please fill out the form below for any other use of the church other than the above uses.

Your requested event may need to be approved by the church use committee. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your rental request. Our facilities manager will be your liaison between you and FRC. She will be able to answer all questions as you plan your event. Due to the wide range of activities requested, the rates of our rooms and services we offer vary. Your rate will be emailed to you with payment instructions. All fees are due prior to your rental.
