 Pastor Tanner Smith Pastor Tanner Smith is the Director of Youth Ministries as well as the Team Leader. He joined our staff in July 2008. Pastor Tanner is a graduate of Hope College and Western Theological Seminary. He was involved in youth ministries for three years before attending seminary. His responsibilities include all areas of the Logos (Senior High Youth Program) program.  Pastor Roger Voskuil
Pastor Roger Voskuil is the Director of Spiritual Care at First Reformed. Pastor Rog leads Sunday worship, does member visitation, and crisis counseling. A native of Wisconsin, he graduated from Northwestern College in Orange City in 1969 and from Western Theological Seminary in 1972. He has served in five churches in Wisconsin and Iowa, and joined the Ministry Team of First Reformed Church in January of 2001.
 Pastor Bob Holtrop
Pastor Bob Holtrop is the Director of Outreach at First Reformed. Pastor Bob joined our staff in December of 2007. He leads Sunday worship services, primarily our 5:00 p.m. Contemporary Service. He was a farmer for 20 years nears Sheldon, IA. He also worked as a recruiter for Van Wyk Trucking before attending seminary in Sioux Falls.
 Roger Kempers
Roger Kempers is the Director of Christian Education, working to enhance all levels of Christian Education and providing oversight to the Christian Education Council. He was previously a public school teacher and school board member, bringing this expertise to our Ministry Team in June of 2000.
 Mindy Van Beek
Mindy Van Beek is Director of the Family Life Ministries. She oversees many family oriented activities in the Youth/Family Life Center including an after school program for children and organizes volunteers to assist her in the Youth/Family Life Center. Before joining our Ministry Team in February of 2005, Mindy was a social worker at Hope Haven.
 Ardith Wynja
Ardith Wynja serves as Director of Calling Ministries. Ardith regularly visits elderly and hospitalized members of First Reformed Church. She was an elementary teacher for 32 years before joining the Ministry Team in August of 2006.
 Deb Rensink
Deb Rensink is Coordinator of Middle School Ministries. Her responsibilites include the Sent (Junior High) program. Deb joined our Ministry Team in July 2010 and is currently attending Western Theological Seminary through their distance learning program.
 Maxine Van Middendorp
Maxine Van Middendorp serves as Administrative Assistant, working closely with the staff, consistory, and performing receptionist duties. She has been on the church Ministry Team since September of 1991.
 Lisa De Smit
Lisa De Smit, Promotions Coordinator, is responsible for the preparation and layout of the weekly newsletter and all other promotional materials for First Reformed Church. Before joining the Ministry Team in June of 2000, Lisa was a Travel Consultant at the Travel Advantage in Sioux Center.
 Mary Timmer  Margie Baker Margie Baker is the Church Care Coordinator & Kidzone Administrative Assistant. Margie's responsibilities include calling for volunteers to meet the physical needs of the congregation. She also assists with Kidzone. Margie grew up in our church before getting married and moving to the East coast. She returned to Sioux Center in 2002 and joined our staff in May 2008.  Erma Te Grotenhuis  Lois Cleveringa Other part-time Ministry Team members include Bill and Connie Van Berkum, Sound System Coordinators; and Jeff Timmer, Bookkeeper.
